We were delighted to run a workshop for 18 local young people who were participating in the Carpenters Estate Young Designers Programme where we focused on the theme of Places that work and thought through in detail how Bow Goods Yard could support local industry and employment.
It was clear that thinking about workspaces of the future and exploring how young people can start to engage more fully in some of the potential light industrial uses on the site was exciting to the young people.
We look forward to continuing our work with young people as the outline masterplan develops.
